Shamanic Sessions - 2 & 3 Hours
Shamanic Therapy is a mix of talking and energy therapy. Your initial session provides insights into your journey so far and your soul's desire for moving forward. I work with sacred stones from my medicine bundle and practice five specific techniques as well as others, including Extraction and Soul Retrieval following the Celtic tradition. I work with my sacred medicine bag of sacred stones which I use in my shamanic therapy & counselling sessions. I practice various techniques such as Imbas (divine inspiration- illumination), Extraction (facilitates the removal of unwanted or toxic energies that the client no longer needs), and Soul Retrieval (specifically looks at a possible soul loss due to a trauma in the past or possible self-sabotage). I also offer Psychopomp work and death rites to assist people passed or past.

Shamanic Session - 4 Hours (Integrated Session)
Integrated sessions are one-off sessions, best sought during times of great change in one's life. They allow for as much as possible to be considered, assessed and worked though. Such work is deep and cannot be timed or brought to an end until it is completed. Four hours are therefore allocated, all of which will be made good use of. Feedback from clients recommends you keep your day free so that you may have the freedom to do what you realize your heart desired. Geraldine provides a safe and sacred environment.

Reiki is a gentle healing therapy. Clothes are kept on as you lie on a plinth, covered warmly, with relaxing background music. It is a very beautiful, deeply reassuring therapy to receive. The energy will leave you refreshed, revived and revitalised. I am a Reiki Master which means that I also also teach all levels of Reiki and have practiced Reiki for many years. Reiki is a gentle but powerful hands on healing art. It helps restore balance and harmony to your mind and body. It is used throughout the world by people of all races and belief systems. Reiki is something that can benefit people of all ages from children to adults including during pregnancy. Reiki can assist with many conditions. It helps boost the immune system, reduce stress, increase energy levels, enhance self-confidence, and helps in the grieving process. It compliments conventional therapies and benefits both chronic and acute medical conditions.

Psychotherapy & Counselling
Counselling and psychotherapy is a way of becoming more aware of and in tune with your experiences as they unfold from moment to moment. I have a wealth of experience in Life Coaching and am committed to helping you achieve your best results. Life Coaching is a profession which is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice-giving, psychotherapy, or counselling. The coaching process is explicitly goal-oriented. It addresses whatever specific personal projects or business ventures you may have, or whatever personal transitions and relationships could be dealt with more effectively by you. This is done by examining what is going on for you right now, identifying obstacles or challenges, and choosing a course of action to best make your life what you want it to be. Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a gentle yet effective treatment for various ailments. The approach is holistic, taking into account all of your personal experiences, both in illness and in health. The initial session lasts an hour and a half, during which you and your Homeopath discuss your significant past experiences, illnesses, your diet, sleep and dream life. One or more remedies are then prescribed and a follow up appointment is organised to monitor progress. This consultation includes the remedy cost. I used Homeopathy throughout my pregnancy and birth. I was so impressed by the treatment that I decided to study it further. Homeopathy is a safe, natural, non-toxic and effective medicine. Homeopathic remedies boost your immune system which in turn kick starts your body’s own healing ability. Homeopathy is a system of ‘whole person healing’. It considers the complete mental, emotional and physical symptom picture which you, the patient, bring to the consultation room.

Seichem
Seichem (pronounced Say-Keem) is an Egyptian word referring to the spark of the creator that we all carry deep within us. Founded by Patrick Zeigler, although Seichem originates from Reiki, crystals are here used and the four elements of Earth, Fire, Water and Air are awakened. Geraldine offers Seichem as well as Reiki and Shamanic Therapy.
Seichem was rediscovered by Patrick Zeigler in the 1980’s while he was visiting Egypt. He had a consciousness-raising experience when he spent the night in the crypt in the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid. He felt incredible fear, released it, his heart opened and he felt connected to the Cosmos and to the Earth Mother. Patrick saw this as an initiation to the Seichem Energy. This uses Reiki - Earth Energy, Saraka – Fire Energy, Sophi-El - Water Energy and Angelic Light – Air Energy.
