Reiki Level 2 is about continued self-healing and growth. It will broaden your knowledge and healing skills, to enable you to help others to heal and grow. The focus is on mental and emotional healing and an introduction of Reiki symbols. Also learn distant healing and Reiki practice with a view to becoming a practitioner.
After this 2 day workshop you will be able to give yourself the wonderful gift of Reiki, any time you want to. Whether before falling asleep, on the bus or while waiting in a queue. You can also offer wonderful healing Reiki to your family and friends. Reiki is a very useful and positive tool to have in your life.

This will be a workshop format, very much hands on, getting practical tasks and learning started or on a ready to go list. At the end of the day, each person will have their own plan of action for 16 hours of hand on healing with 4 hours recorded, some of which will be done on the day. Learning by doing! Two follow up sessions of 2 hours, will be set out for mid-way (checking in session) and a final certification celebration. Ongoing support will be available from myself during this process.

Survivor of Sexual Abuse - Self Care Group
Are you a Survivor of sexual abuse? Do you struggle with shame, addiction, relationships, and confidence issues? Have you tried one-to-one approaches to healing and are still feeling stuck? If so, you might like to come and sit within a warm, non–judgmental environment with people who have experienced what you have. If you find yourself at this crossroads, perhaps the time has come to embark on a new healing journey and arrive at the place you’ve always yearned for.
This is a psycho-educational and supportive therapy group for survivors of sexual abuse. This eight week course will help you break out of secrecy, shame, and unhealthy patterns of coping bringing you to a place of compassion, resilience, and healing.
Come along to our sexual abuse workshops where you will receive support, guidance, and strategies in a compassionate space. From here, you will learn to befriend and overcome the pain, challenges, low self-esteem, shame, trauma, and negative thinking which you have courageously lived with up until now.

Women's Full Moon Monthly Circle
These monthly women’s full moon circle's are a gathering of women, soul sisters, from all walks of life, all ages, coming together around the time of the full moon to share, cleanse, reflect and connect with the wisdom and beauty of each other, the moon, life and our journey.
There is a theme each month connected with the cycle of the moon, the seasons, our universe and ourselves. This is a safe and confidential group and so attendance is confirmed with a follow up phone call if you are new to the group. This allows us all to share openly and explore each theme in a deep and meaningful way.
Slow down and re-connect with like-minded people, supporting each other through the sharing of our wisdom. These gatherings are facilitated and held in a safe and sacred space, offering beautiful ceremonies of shamanic origins. Sometimes, they will be held in Frederick Street South and other times outside in nature and sometimes at sacred sites.
These gatherings offer an opportunity to take time out, slow down, connect with the land, ourselves and our community with talking stick and fire ceremonies.
