I am originally from Tipperary where I grew up on a farm as part of a large family.
I went to Munich, Germany when I was 18, learnt German, lived and worked there for 5 years.
From there, I went travelling with a very good English friend. We traveled overland to Iraq, through former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Greece, the Greek Islands and Turkey.
I stayed in Turkey for 3 years and settled there teaching English as a foreign language and running an Airbnb back in the late 80's in a small remote village. It was a natural build and we grew and cooked our own food. We were way ahead of our time!
We moved to London when the Gulf War broke, as tourism stopped in that region. I lived and worked in London and met my homeopath which was my first Homeopathic experience. This was the start of my healing journey and my road to becoming a healer and a therapist myself. My son was born in London 2 years later using Homeopathy and Rose Oil in a birthing pool at home.
I have been living in Ireland now for 20 years and running my own practice "Time For Me" which has blossomed over the years. I started offering Homeopathy, then Reiki, Seichem, Shamanic Healing, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Life Coaching and most recently, Counselling & Psychotherapy.
I also teach Reiki courses from Level 1, 2, 3, Practitioner and Teacher Training as well as Introductory courses on Homeopathy and Shamanism.
I work from the Dublin Wellbeing Centre, 24 Frederick Street South, Dublin 2 which I set set up in 2004. 16 therapist work there including myself and together we currently offer over 30 therapies and 20 courses.
I love travelling and photography.
