Energy therapy supports the theory that we carry our trauma in our energy field. This heavy energy weighs us down and can inhibit us from moving forward from our traumas, unwanted behaviours, and patterns that we developed in our lives, so that we could cope with those challenges. These patterns, unwanted behaviours, and patterns which once helped us, now hinder us and interfere in our ability to reach our highest potential. However, once you release this unwanted energy and clear what no longer serves you, you can connect and interact with the people and events in your life from a place of deeper harmony, peace, and clarity as you move gracefully and effortlessly forward in your life.
